SCCAR offers all MLS participants the Supra System. Sturdy, reliable and secure key boxes hang on your listed properties to allow only authorized REALTORS access for showings. Contact us to speak about purchasing a lockbox. SCCAR provides service through the eKEY<\/a><\/strong>, an application that runs on your smartphone. All the Supra keys include PIN-code security. Expanded Lockbox and Key Coverage<\/strong> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

SCCAR agent Supra eKEYS and BTLE lockboxes will work with associations in the KIM Users Group (Bay East, Bridge, Contra Costa County, Delta, Monterey County, San Benito County, San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Silicon Valley) via automatic cooperative reciprocal key and lockbox access, at no additional fee, with the forty associations that are members of CRMLS. For a complete list of all 40 CRMLS associations check out: https:\/\/go.crmls.org\/associations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Metrolist and BAREIS, and associations covered by their MLS service (Sacramento and Central Valley, Marin and Sonoma counties, for example), are not part of this automatic reciprocal key access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use your smartphone or tablet as your lockbox key. The eKEY<\/strong> Professional<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>application uses your phone’s wireless communications so you can do business anywhere. Choose from many different Android\u2122, BlackBerry\u00ae, and Apple phones and tablets. For a list of devices that were thoroughly tested by Supra and provide the highest possible user experience, click here<\/a><\/strong>. Devices not on this list may still be compatible; however, user experience may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eKEY Professional<\/strong><\/a> enhances basic capability with adds business tools such as MLS data stored on your phone (eliminating time consuming over-the-air searches), linking the listings to Google maps, and displaying showing details on your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Boxes<\/strong>
Supra electronic keyboxes have been used on millions of homes. Current models of keyboxes can be opened using Bluetooth or infrared signals. Supra’s system records events each time a keybox is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCCAR currently has the iBox BT LE<\/a><\/strong> available for purchase. The iBox BT LE uses Bluetooth technology allowing Keyholders with certain smartphones<\/a><\/strong> to communicate directly with the iBox BT LE without any additional hardware when accessing listing keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
