Disciplinary Complaints

The Preamble of the Code of Ethics states that we should “…identify and take steps, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession.”

In order for the Association’s Grievance Committee to review the complaint for an alleged ethics violation, Grievance Complaint form (D-1) must be completed and returned to the Association.

Once all the necessary information is received by the Association, it will be reviewed by the Grievance Committee. You will be notified by mail of their determination as to whether or not a formal hearing will be scheduled.
