Join us for an online session on Homesnap Pro, the most comprehensive real estate platform on the market. In this course, you will learn how to use the basic Homesnap Pro features below to quickly find MLS listings. This session includes:

– Getting listing details by taking a pic of the house
– Adding search filters and saving a search
– Agent vs client features
– MLS listing details
– Listing agent profile
– Sharing properties with your clients

Please make sure that you have downloaded the app from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) prior to this webinar. You will have a few options Homesnap and Homesnap real estate & rentals, Homesnap Pro they are the same app. You may choose the first option (we only have one app-it’s all the same even though you’ll see several options) it is titled “House finder by Homesnap.” Also, It is helpful to have a fully charged mobile device and/or iPad or tablet.

Tour Meeting Goes Hybrid!

SCCAR is excited to announce that we are going hybrid with our weekly tour meetings starting July 8 at 9 am! This will allow some members to be in attendance at our office and via Zoom. The maximum allowed at this time will be 20 persons (up to: 10 REALTORS & 10 Affiliates). Attendees must RSVP to Andrea Harbert in advance via email aharbert@mysccar.org. Per recommended COVID guidelines, no coffee or food will be made available. Some social distancing will be in place and those that are unvaccinated must wear a mask.
