    Tour Meeting Goes Hybrid!

    SCCAR is excited to announce that beginning July 8, our weekly tour meetings have gone hybrid!
    This will allow some members to be in attendance at our office and via Zoom. The maximum allowed at this time will be 20 persons (up to: 10 REALTORS & 10 Affiliates). Attendees must RSVP to Andrea Harbert in advance via email aharbert@mysccar.org. Per recommended COVID guidelines, no coffee or food will be made available. Some social distancing will be in place and those that are unvaccinated must wear a mask.

    We look forward to easing us back into in person meetings and seeing you in person!

    How Do I: Find My Next Listing

    Need help finding listings? Did you know that combining the power of Matrix and Realist can help you with that? This course will teach you to understand where buyers are purchasing homes and in what price range they are purchasing most often. You will then be able to identify homeowners in those “sweet spots” who own the homes that buyers are seeking.

    You will learn how to combine tools within Matrix and Realist to analyze consumer buying activities, and then determine the homeowners whose homes match the buying trends of today’s home buyers. You will also learn to use the same processes to help buyers find homes that are currently not on the MLS, but whose owners may be interested in selling if you bring them a ready buyer.
