Dive into SB 9

SB 9 is part of the Senate’s “Building Opportunities for All” housing package that was created to address the severe housing shortage in California by allowing homeowners (in most areas) to divide their property into two lots and allows two homes to be built in each of these lots abiding by certain criteria.
