We are bringing back the County to address misinformation and clarify mistakes as it relates to the Point-of-Sale requirements for Onsite Wastewater Treatments Systems (OWTS -> septic) that took effect July 2023.

Attend this session to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Point-of-Sale Disclaimer Document which is required for all real estate transactions for parcels that are served by an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS).
