Clara Shortridge Foltz was a true trailblazer. While best known as California’s first female lawyer, she also played a pivotal role in real estate advocacy. She championed women’s property rights, helping to expand their ability to own, buy, and sell real estate independently. Her leadership and dedication to creating opportunities for women in the industry continue to inspire professionals today.
