SCCAR’s Certified Advanced Training Series Goes Virtual!

Santa Cruz County Pro (SCCP) is designed to provide REALTORS® with knowledge and information to better assist their clients in buying and selling real estate in Santa Cruz County. Upon completion of this series you will have obtained advanced skills about the workings and nature of Santa Cruz County communities. This series offers 9 highly specialized courses held throughout the year.

Attend them all and become a PRO! A minimum of seven classes need to be attended to receive certification.

Pricing for 2025:
Early, Early Bird through December 2024, $89
Early Bird through January 2025, $99
Full price after January 2025, $180

All classes are held on a Friday from 9:30 – 11 AM unless stated otherwise. Additionally, all classes will be held on Zoom.

Course 6: July 14, 9:30 AM, All About ADUs, 9:30 AM via Zoom
Course 7 – August 11, 9:30 AM. Land Use and our Coast via Zoom
Course 8: September 22 (new date), 9:30 AM Septic Point of Sale Update (Zoom)
Course 9: October 13, 9:30 AM, Water Resources (in person at SCCAR)
