Every client communicates, makes decisions, and responds to stress differently — especially during a real estate transaction. This class introduces the DISC personality model, a simple tool used to better understand communication styles and client behavior.

Small Broker forum is here to assist the small SCCAR brokerages with information they can use for their agents, training, legal updates, and discussion. The Forum will meet every other month.
