Market Intelligence Made Simple

Market intelligence is defined as the information relevant to a company’s business environment, gathered and analyzed specifically for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making. Clients look to you to be the market expert. This course will show you how to mine rich MLS data to gather and be able to present insight into market conditions. You will learn how to use Matrix to build and publish charts, tables, and graphs for client presentations and for posting to social media.

Join us for our weekly Tour Marketing meeting to promote a listing, hear about what’s on the market and what’s coming up, share wants/needs and see some friendly faces! Meetings are held at our office, 2525 Main St., Soquel from 9 – 9:30 AM.

As of April 2022, in person tour meetings have resumed at our office. We will be offering a virtual option for a time as we transition.  To attend virtually, please register.

Staying within the rules

This interactive course/webinar focuses on the main rules and regulations applicable to any property type, particularly those that may jeopardize listings. This course is highly recommended for new agents, or those currently with listings who want to ensure they stay out of trouble.

This course teaches you where to find all rules and regulations (including new updates) and discusses how to define square footage and how to avoid common infractions. Most importantly, it advises how to avert trouble.
