    As a real estate professional, you have the contacts to make a difference in a community crisis, but can be at risk in ways others are not. Learn what to do, in a free live stream! The event will feature speakers on the following topics: Cyber Safety, REALTOR Awareness and Personal Safety & Active Shooter Awareness. **

    Speakers and topics for this session are:

    Cyber Safety: NAR staff Sebastian Drywa and Christine DeRosa will be presenting on how REALTORS® can stay safe online including what to look for in a cyber-attack and how to handle one if hacked.

    Active Shooter Awareness: Former Sheriff’s Deputy Rolly Bayaca will talk about what to do in the event of an active shooter at your office or out in public.  How to protect yourself and your coworkers, friends, and Family.

    REALTOR® Safety:  Carl Carter Jr, REALTOR® and the Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, will discuss how his mother, REALTOR® Beverly Carter, lost her life at the hands of a couple posing as clients in 2014.  He will give testimony to the impact this senseless and tragic event has not only on him but on the real estate community.
