    SCCAR Local Government Relations Committee Meeting

    Focuses on real estate related issues and concerns that pertain to SCCAR market areas. Coordinates communication between SCCAR membership and Federal, State, and local legislators, governmental agencies, and regulator entities. Promote exchange of information and SCCAR membership involvement, at all levels of government on issue affecting the membership and ownership of private real property. Develop programs to keep SCCAR members informed and updated on National, State, and local rules, bills (pending and enacted), and legislation. Makes recommendations to support or oppose ballot measures and other issue related campaigns. Meets monthly via zoom. Contact SCCAR’s GAD, Victor Gomez for more information, gad@mysccar.org
