Committed to embracing diversity, equity and inclusion while fostering an environment where all SCCAR members feel welcome, supported, and valued regardless of their background. Through education and awareness, we aim to drive positive change and create a more inclusive Association that reflects and supports the diverse communities we serve.

Focuses on real estate related issues and concerns that pertain to SCCAR market areas. Coordinates communication between SCCAR membership and Federal, State, and local legislators, governmental agencies, and regulator entities. Promote exchange of information and SCCAR membership involvement, at all levels of government on issue affecting the membership and ownership of private real property. Develop programs to keep SCCAR members informed and updated on National, State, and local rules, bills (pending and enacted), and legislation. Encourages SCCAR Property Management members to join the forum where information and training will be via a committee meeting, a live presentation or DRE updates pertaining to Property Management and Trust accounts.

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Regular office hours will resume Monday, November 30.
