Big changes to the appraisal process are coming November 1. Learn how the updates will affect costs, timelines, data collection, and your transactions, plus best practices to help agents prepare.
We’ll also tackle the appraisal challenges unique to Santa Cruz County, including micro-markets, difficult comps, ocean views and location, ADUs, acreage, unique properties, and low appraisals—and discuss what information agents can provide to help support an accurate valuation.
