Small Broker forum is here to assist the small SCCAR brokerages with information they can use for their agents, training, legal updates, and discussion. The Forum will meet every other month.

Focuses on real estate related issues and concerns that pertain to SCCAR market areas. Coordinates communication between SCCAR membership and Federal, State, and local legislators, governmental agencies, and regulator entities. Promote exchange of information and SCCAR membership involvement, at all levels of government on issue affecting the membership and ownership of private real property. Develop programs to keep SCCAR members informed and updated on National, State, and local rules, bills (pending and enacted), and legislation.
