Septic Point-of-Sale Requirement Update
NEW Point of sale requirements for Onsite Wastewater Treatments Systems (OWTS -> septic) will take effect on July 1, 2023.
Attend this session to get the latest on the Point-of-Sale Disclaimer Document which will be required for all real estate transactions for parcels that are served by an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS).
