    Escrow Pitfalls: Death, Debt & Divorce

    In the final class in our four part Death of an Escrow series  you will explore how life events and financial challenges can impact escrow transactions. Learn to identify potential roadblocks involving divorce settlements, liens, judgments, death, and debt-related issues, and discover the collaboration involved to resolve them before they jeopardize the closing.
