STEPS to Financing the American Dream provides REALTORS® with valuable information on preparing your Clients to Achieve Homeownership, through emphasis on lending & down payment assistance programs, removing the friction to close all designed to help you help your clients achieve homeownership. The hurdles to achieving homeownership in California are well known — lack of affordable housing supply, escalating housing costs, rising rents, student loan debt, and lack of ability to save for a down payment yet there are programs that are available today to break down some of those barriers. In addition, a review of STEPS to Sustaining, as well as Planning for the future. Please join us for our third virtual STEPS to Financing the American Dream on June 17th to get your sphere ready for sustainable homeownership.

This is a 2 + hour + session (from 1 pm – 3 pm) on everything you need to know related to Lending and Closing on your Clients New or First Time Home Purchase.
